The mountain village of Stoos is car-free and can only be reached by cable car. We recommend taking the world’s steepest funicular railway, Schwyz-Stoos. Your Stoos Lodge is located right next to the mountain station.

Plenty of parking spaces are available right next to the funicular railway’s valley station.
All day parking costs CHF 13.00. The daily rate is lower for stays lasting several days. For your convenience, you can also reserve a parking space online.
Yes, of course. You will find clearly marked e-charging stations for your e-bike or electric car in the car park and in the forecourt.
Absolutely. It pays to be a child at Stoos Lodge.
Absolutely. As soon as we receive a booking including a baby aged between 0 and 2, we automatically provide a cot complete with soft blankets free of charge.
If you want your baby to sleep in bed with you, please mention this in the notes section when booking.
For a family of four, five or six, we recommend the XL family rooms. These consist of two complete double rooms with connecting doors and comfortably sleep up to six.
The M and L double rooms have a sofa bed (140 cm wide) so can sleep three people comfortably.
The XL family rooms consist of two double rooms with a direct connecting door. At 51 m2, they’re the perfect base for family holidays in the heart of Central Switzerland’s mountains.
Our play area is a true paradise for our younger guests, providing fun and games for releasing that excess energy.
Naturally, it meets the Swiss Council for Accident Prevention’s strictest safety standards. In accordance with our company rules, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children. Use of the play area is at your/your child’s own risk.
Yes. Even teenagers get their money’s worth with us. In addition to a pool table, they can compete for the highest score at pinball and test out their accuracy on the dartboard.
You can check in at Stoos Lodge from 3.30 p.m. onwards. We recommend that you use our self-check-in system. This lets you check in from the comfort of your own home 48 hours before your arrival, saving you time when you get here.

Thanks to our digital order cubes, you can order your food conveniently at your table and be notified as soon as it is ready for collection. This will save you time queuing so you can spend precious time with your loved ones instead.
In the open kitchen, choose between a large vegetarian/vegan buffet, freshly prepared Italian-style pizzas and pasta dishes or the finest meat from the Josper charcoal grill.
No. Our overall concept as a hotel is based on the idea that “you get everything you want and only pay for what you really need”.
This concept is also reflected in our catering services. This way, you remain highly flexible and can organise your day entirely according to your needs. Our restaurant serves a wide range of dishes to suit the time of day.
Yes. The entire rooftop is reserved for relaxation and fitness. In the sauna area (textile), you have a choice of two saunas, a steam bath and a cold-water plunge tub. You can also take advantage of our two relaxation rooms and our gym, complete with state-of-the-art equipment. All this with luxurious wood décor and the best view of the mountains.
If you want to pack a little more wellness into your day, you have the option of booking an additional day ticket at our partner hotel (subject to availability). The Wellness Hotel is about a 10-minute walk away and offers everything a wellness enthusiast could ever wish for across an area of 1,100 m².
Yes, of course it is. With us, you can conveniently book all additional services online when you are on site. So you only pay for what you really need.
All our rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows for an unobstructed view of the mountains. You can open the French doors and feel the fresh mountain air from head to toe through the French balcony.
Our M and L double rooms are furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm wide), which we can convert into an extra bed on request. We charge CHF 50 per night for this additional bed.
No. We made a conscious decision to not offer room service. This is because, at Stoos Lodge, there is so much happening in the stylish public areas away from your room.
Pets are welcome to stay with us. Simply select the additional service «dog» when you book online and you’ll have food, a drinking bowl and a cosy bed ready for your furry friend when you arrive. If your dog has a preferred food brand, please bring this with you.
