Fronalpstock summit restaurant
Visiting the Fronalpstock is an absolute highlight on Stoos. It’s a comfortable 20-minute journey on a special chairlift to 1922 metres above sea level.
When you reach the summit, you can enjoy breathtaking views of central Switzerland, the Uri and Glarus Alps and ten lakes, and try a Tatarenhut speciality or a cosy cheese fondue.
After a cosy evening in a rustic ambience, the chairlift takes you back to the mountain village by night, while the play of lights in the distance creates a unique atmosphere.
